Cheese-cake topped with slices of Kiwi


Cheese-Cake

1. Soft cheese one pack ( 8 oz)
2. One Egg
3. Sugar 1/2 cup
4. One small tub of Plain Yogurt
5. One Kiwi Fruit
6. One pre-made pie-crust
Method: Blend the soft-cheese, half-a-tub of plain yogurt, sugar and the egg together until smooth. Then pour the batter in the pre-made pie crust and layer the top with the existing yogurt. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. When done, cool it for a while and peel the Kiwi fruit and slice them. Finally layer the top of the cake with the kiwi slices. Refrigerate
